• Look for agencies that offer especially low rates for early referral of accounts
  
  
• Select an agency that works on a national basis rather than a local or regional basis, so that debtors will continue to be pursued if they move out of your local area
  
  
• Utilize an agency that has optional litigation referral services available if a suit becomes necessary
